I can not get any sense from IDMOBILE / Currys or DPD, I've been passed around the houses to no avail, DPD need someone from IDMOBILE to contact them to initiate a parcel search, I've made many calls, many online chats and to no avail, I have now been waiting over a week to get this sorted and nobody is doing anything about it apart from a whole lot of effort from me.

Whoever it was, they are responsible for the phone until has been delivered.
Unfortunately, no point talking to DPD about your order because their delivery contract is with iD or Currys, not yourself.

It was ID Mobile, but they just said keep an eye on the DPD app for updates to which there has been none, this has been going on for over a week.
