e sim change over to new phone

Hello 

 

Yesterday I tried using the links on the website to the QR code to set up my old e SIM on my new phone. It did not work.

Please could you send me a qr code to my email for me? Or whatever it takes to set up my e SIM on my new phone? I am messaging now from my new phone.
