E Sim muddle with a new plan

Hello I already had an e sim, I bought a 2nd plan as I had a Blue Light discount. It was a better deal that took into account by Blue Light status.  I now want to change the new plan to my orginal number. I requested a PAC etc but I don’t recall it asking for it nor a change date. I have checked my online account but my new number is not showing, only my old. Seem in a real muddle.

With iD Mobile, it’s important to clarify that our systems do not support an internal transfer or swap of numbers between two active plans on the same account. This means we’re unable to directly move your original number onto a second newly created plan.

  • Your new SIM plan and number is separate from your original line
  • A PAC request cannot be used internally within iD Mobile to switch numbers between two active accounts
  • This is why your new number is not appearing alongside your original one in your account view

@ACT2026 You would have to port the number you want to keep to another network PAYG SIM card and then port that number again to the new iD SIM you have purchased.
