IMG for upgrade this month, which I assume means I’m approaching the end of my 24 month contract. Where can I find the actual end date of my contract so I can work out when to leave and pay the minimal end of contract charges?

Hi @Peter Sutton-Ball

Thank you for getting in touch.

If you’re seeing that you’re eligible for an upgrade, this usually means you’re approaching the end of your minimum term. However, to confirm your exact contract end date, you can check this directly in your iD Mobile account.

📱 How to check your contract end date

In the app:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app
  2. Go to My Account / Plan
  3. Select your active plan
  4. Look for “Minimum term end date” or “Contract end date”

📄 Alternative options

  • Check your monthly bill, where the contract end date is often listed
  • Log in online and view your plan details

📌 Important to know

  • Your contract end date is when you can leave without early termination fees
  • If you leave before this date, a final charge may apply based on the remaining term
  • Once you pass this date, your plan usually continues on a rolling monthly basis
