I'm trying to set my screen timeout time to never, but the option is not available. 

It says 'others options are disabled by your admin' and when I click to find out more, it says 'blocked by work policy, for info contact your it admin'.

This is a personal device and so there isn't a company admin. 

Please can you help?

    Ask whoever set up your device. It sounds like it’s locked down with some sort of profile.
