I have tried numerous times trying to switch my number from O2 using a PAC code on the website. I have put all the details in correctly numerous of times but it keeps saying something is wrong. Please advise.

Let’s try a few quick checks to help:
-Make sure your iD Mobile SIM is active and inserted into your phone.
-Double-check that the PAC code hasn’t expired (they’re valid for 30 days).
-Ensure you’re entering the correct phone number you want to keep and the PAC code exactly as provided.
-Try using a different browser or device in case it’s a technical issue.
