error on roaming charges

Hi - Is there any way I can talk to an advisor or customer service representative at ID? I didn’t realise it was so restrictive. I have been charged roaming charges however I was in a country where roaming is free. I was also on the hotel WIFI at all times with airplane mode on, so it’s unclear how I’ve racked up charges of £49. The only message I received was the when we landed saying welcome to Albania yet we are in Corfu. Thank you
