eSIM not received after number transfer

Hi iD Mobile team,

My number transfer completed yesterday after I gave my PAC code, and I received the confirmation email saying the switch is complete.

However, I have not received an eSIM QR code or activation details, so I’m unable to set up my eSIM on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Because the eSIM is not active, I also can’t receive the SMS verification code to log in to my account.

Could you please resend my eSIM activation details or QR code, or advise how I can activate the eSIM on my iPhone?

I’m sorry to hear you’ve not received your eSIM activation details following the completion of your number transfer.

 

As your switch has now completed with iD Mobile, your eSIM should normally be sent via email or made available through your account shortly after activation.

 

To help you get connected as quickly as possible, please try the following:

Check your email inbox (including junk/spam folders) for the eSIM QR code or activation email
Ensure you are logged into the correct account used for the order
Restart your device and check again after a short period
