Hi iD Mobile team,
My number transfer completed yesterday after I gave my PAC code, and I received the confirmation email saying the switch is complete.
However, I have not received an eSIM QR code or activation details, so I’m unable to set up my eSIM on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Because the eSIM is not active, I also can’t receive the SMS verification code to log in to my account.
Could you please resend my eSIM activation details or QR code, or advise how I can activate the eSIM on my iPhone?
