My wife and my WiFi calling has stopped working on my home network from our iPhones with an id eSIM . It’s enabled (I have tried disabling and enabling) but calls do not connect / when someone calls me it goes to voicemail. I have other iPhone on different mobile network (o2) and WiFi calling works fine so I don’t think it’s home WiFi network.

    Hi @Gambini.

Thanks for your post. I am sorry to hear you, and your wife are having issues with WiFi Calling.  I understand how frustrating that can be.

As a few things can affect WiFi Calling, please try the following steps:

    • Turn WiFi Calling OFF and back ON (Settings > Phone > WiFi Calling)
    • Restart your iPhones after toggling the setting
    • Make sure your phones have the latest iOS update installed
    • Reset network settings:
    • Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
    • Check that your emergency address for WiFi Calling is set up correctly in your account
    • Try connecting to a different WiFi network (if possible) to rule out network-specific issues
    • Toggle Airplane mode ON, then turn WiFi back on and test WiFi Calling

If the issue continues, it may be worth trying a replacement eSIM, as this can sometimes resolve service-related issues. Please contact us directly via Live Chat so we can arrange this for you: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

We’ll be happy to look into this further and get it resolved for you.
