So I was due to upgrade my phone,so I went with carphone warehouse  and upgraded,I choose to keep existing  number..
After picking up the phone,I was sent the contract summary

the next day my old phone cant make call,texts and no Internet as i have not put my sim in new phone but can still receive calls.when.i make a call it says i have reached my cap limit but my plan is unlimited everything..... I've tried calling id mobile n they have told me they would call me back n nothing..

@Synty  I'd advice you to go into Carphonewarehouse with prove of ID along with any order emails, contract documents.  If you asked for an upgrade and clearly stated you not changing your number they have no reason to put you on a new line contract if this is the case.

It may be that there's an outage or maintenance working going on in the effected area. Do you have service away from the effected area?
