I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had, especially given that it’s now been several weeks without a resolution.

If this issue has already been escalated to our Complaints Team, there unfortunately isn’t any further action that can be taken via the Community while the investigation is ongoing. The team handling the complaint will need to complete their review and provide you with an outcome.

We appreciate that being asked to wait further is frustrating, particularly if you've already been advised of multiple timescales, but we would ask that you await the Complaints Team's feedback, as they are best placed to review the case and advise on the next steps.
