Faulty iPhone 16 on Contract.

Hello there, I have an iPhone 16 18 months into contact with Car Phone Warehouse. I have had the phone examined by Apple and a Genius Report, along with the phone, have been given to Car Phone Warehouse for repair. 

What happens to my contract as I’m paying over £40 for a phone that doesn’t work and using a 6 year Android mean time. Thanks
