Faulty screen and username issue too

I have some duff pixels now on my screen.

AND I can't make a username because your system rejects the use of my surname. That's discrimination and I contacted you previously about it but heard nothing back!

I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your device screen, as well as the difficulty you’ve faced when trying to create a username. I understand how frustrating this must be.

Regarding the screen issue (dead pixels), we would recommend having the device inspected at a store so they can assess whether this can be repaired or replaced under warranty.

 

With regards to the username issue, I sincerely apologise for the experience you’ve had. This is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. We would like to investigate this further for you, as no customer should feel restricted or discriminated against when accessing our services.
