I’ve been given a final bill of £89.
I was with you for about a month, during which no-one could call me because of a problem with your sim.
I need to speak to someone about this. I will pay for my usage for jan and feb (I’m not going to be silly about this as I appreciate I need to pay something) but your product didn’t work. A phone is useless if no one can call you on it and there is no way that £89 is fair what what you provided.
