finally but it shouldn't be this way

Finally they have admitted that they made a mistake with my phone trade in and accepted the trade-in and gave me the money I was owed. unfortunately it had to take 6 months of constant persistence of me persisting that they had clearly made the mistake about my phone and it's authentication. If I hadn't done this I would have never got the money that I was due.

It should never be this way.
