flip 6 screen blackout HELP!!!

HELP!!!!! i got a samsung flip 6 last year but it developed screen issues a few days ago, black dead screen, after 13 months, which is 3 weeks outside of the 12 month warranty.   Looking online, this is a very common issue with the flip 6, and I'm soft resetting my phone over 20 times a day.  it's worse if I fold the phone closed. my contract is not up until July, and im stuck trying to use a mobile phone, that I'm now,  begrudgingly, paying for monthly, that is not fit for the purpose it is intended!!!

Can someone please help, as I don't know what to do and really can't afford to replace the phone 😔😔😔

Hey there ​@SuzyQ667, sorry to hear that. If your outside the warranty window, then you’d need to contact the phone manufacturer for a possible repair, or a third party repair. By all means you can take it to a Currys store, explain your situation and see if they can advise further or offer a potential free repair, though I cannot guarantee that’d be possible, but worth a try if you live near a Currys store.
