Forward All calls while abroad

Could you please forward all my calls while  abroad.

It does not work using the **21*, same with the Toggle option with an iPhone 12.

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve had getting call forwarding set up while you’re abroad.

 

Just to confirm clearly iD Mobile doesn’t offer network-level call forwarding activation from our side, so we’re unable to enable or change this for you remotely.

 

Call forwarding is something that must be set up directly on your handset, and it can sometimes be affected while roaming, which may be why the *21* code and iPhone toggle aren’t working for you.

 

On your iPhone 12, please try the following:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap Phone
  3. Select Call Forwarding
  4. Toggle it ON
  5. Enter the number you want calls forwarded to (including international format if abroad)


If it still doesn’t work:

  • Make sure you have a stable network connection
  • Try restarting the device
  • Manually select a local roaming network
  • Check that VoLTE / mobile data is enabled (some networks require this for call services abroad)

If none of the above works, it’s likely a roaming network limitation, as not all partner networks support call forwarding activation while abroad.

 

I know that’s not ideal, especially when you’re away, but unfortunately this is something that must be handled directly on the device side and isn’t something we can activate from our end.

 

If you’d like, I can also check whether your roaming partner in your current country supports call forwarding
