From SIM only to Contract - How do I keep my SIM only number please? Chat bot is useless, agent never appears, and freephone number is a waste of time.

Grateful for any help please.

@Gedfan  The easiest way it to do an upgrade this way you'll keep your number.

If you've taken out a new contract with a new number you won't be able to port your number internally this is not permitted.You will have to port you original number on a PAYGO  sim onto a different network. Once your number has been ported onto the new network you'll then be able to port you number back to IDMobile to your new contract.
