Hi

My contract is ending soon. I saw a good deal on Martin Lewis email, can I switch to it and keep my number?

    Thanks for getting in touch, and great question. Yes, you can usually switch to a new deal and keep your number. 

     

    If the deal you saw is with iD Mobile, you can upgrade or change your plan and keep your existing number
    If the deal is with another network, you’ll need to request a PAC code to move your number over to them

    What to do next:
    Check your contract end date in the iD Mobile app
    If you’re still in contract, you may need to wait until it ends or check for early upgrade options
    If you want to leave, request a PAC code via the app or by texting 65075

     

    Once you have your PAC code, your new provider will transfer your number automatically, usually within 1 working day.

    Wrong answer.  Customer services said I would not be able to keep my number
