Getting a New Contract After Returning My Phone

Hi,

 

I recently had a contract with iD Mobile and returned both my SIM and phone on 30 October 25. A couple of days later, I tried to apply for a new contract and received an email saying I need 60 days of payment history on my previous contract before being eligible for a new one.

 

Since my previous contract has been fully returned, I’d like to know if I still need to wait 60 days before applying for a new contract. I’d also like to understand if there are any other conditions that could prevent me from getting a new contract immediately.

To apply for a new contract, iD Mobile requires at least 60 days of payment history on a previous account—even if it was returned. This helps build your credit profile with us.
Please also check your spam/junk folder in case any updates were missed.
