As others have commented. Getting a working PAC CODE from ID mobile is difficult if not impossible. The new provider says PAC code does not match the number and is invalid. No one to talk to at ID. Help. I really need to port the number.

We are sorry you are having difficulties, are you trying to obtain a PAC code?
If yes, have you tried the following steps:
Text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999).
We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days.
