getting cut off from live chat.

To start off, I refuse to, and shouldn't have to keep repeating myself over and over. I used live chat to try get a problem solved. I was told I would be transferred to live customer support. Instead I got sent to the chat survey page. So I tried contacting live chat again. After explaining my problem AGAIN. The same thing happened. Instead of live customer support I got the survey page.

    Hi @Gordon Palmer

Did the ‘transfer to CS’ try to happen after using the chatbot to answer your question?

If you connect to the Live Chat again type ‘Talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the chatbot.

Please be patient as the agents handle a few conversations at any one time so there will be a delay in connecting with an available agent and also any replies to your query.

You can also contact iD Mobile via:-

Send a private message via their Socials (Facebook, X or Instagram)

    or you can email socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.

    Good luck x x

    Hi @Gordon Palmer

I’m really sorry for the frustration you’ve been experiencing with Live Chat, I completely understand how annoying it is to have to repeat yourself and not get through to the support you need.

It sounds like there’s been a technical issue with the Live Chat system. To get this resolved as quickly as possible, I’d recommend to DM us on here with a full description of your issue. This way, the team can escalate it and ensure you get the support you need without having to repeat yourself again.
