Gift card not received


Hi,

On 6 February 2024 I became an ID mobile customer and was told I would receive a £30 gift card after 3 months, I have not yet received it. Please can you help.

Guessing 4-months have passed without receiving your instructions explaining how to claim your reward from Giftcloud, not iD Mobile.

Did you check the offer terms at the time, @T0urDeFrance00

Currently, on MSE, the iD offers have terms with lines of enquiry.

Sounds like one of the promotions offered by an iD affiliate, like uSwitch or Money Saving Expert, @T0urDeFrance00.

Vouchers for these offers are from Giftcloud, not iD Mobile.

Could you let us know what vendor the gift card was for?

 

Currys? Amazon?

 

Did you purchase via a third party comparison site or iD Mobile directly?

Giftcloud say they have no record of my order, so no £30 voucher received from them. ID Mobile sim card purchased 3 Feb 2024 via link on Money Saving Expert.

Filled in ID Mobile voucher queries form 8 days ago, but no reply yet. Does anybody know how long it takes to process the form.
