gift package on upgrade to google pixel 11 plus

upgraded my google 9 to google nexus 11 xl on 19th Sept. there are free gifts that come with it. i was asked to go to a website and asked to fill on. but the website asked me to wait 14 days. now when i tried to fill in it does not take it but says date from 23sept range is from. how can i get my gift?

    As your upgrade was purchased on 19 September, you’ll need to check the expired promotions section on our Offers & Promos page to locate the offer that was available when you purchased your phone.

    Claims for the relevant promotion can still be submitted up until 07/11/2026, so although the purchase period has now ended, you still have time to submit your claim.

     

    You’ll generally need your purchase/order details, proof of purchase and the IMEI number of your new Google Pixel handset to complete the claim.
