GiftCloud have not issued my gift card and seem to be ignoring my emails!

Hello
 
I signed up for a promotional contract on 17/11/2025 via a MoneySavingExpert.com link which offered a £45 gift card reward after 120 days of my contract starting however I have not received it.  
 
I received an email from GiftCloud confirming sign-up and completed my order as required.
 
I have submitted a contact form to GiftCloud twice since the 120 days have elapsed along with a number of email replies to the automated responses I have received back in an attempt to get a response but without success.  This has dragged on for over 3 weeks now!
 
I have given them all the information required including the iD Mobile order number and the “token” code from the initial email I received from them confirming sign-up.
 
Given the amount of time that has elapsed, I am now concerned that they will continue to ignore my communications and fail to issue the gift card as promised.
 
I would be grateful if you could check on this for me please.

Hi, I wonder if you could contact me about the same issue please? I originally emailed Giftcloud during the 120 day window and they replied asking me to wait, but assuring me I would receive the voucher. But I have emailed again after the time, several times using different email addresses, and have received no responses. Thanks!

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve not had a response. I can completely understand how frustrating that must be, especially after being told you would receive the voucher.
 

Unfortunately, iD Mobile don’t directly manage Giftcloud vouchers, as these are handled separately by the promotion partner, which is why you may not have had replies through us or different email attempts.
 

What you can do next:
• Continue to contact Giftcloud directly using the original promotion email/support channel you were given
• Make sure to include your order details, mobile number, and proof of eligibility (this can help speed things up)
• Avoid sending multiple requests from different email addresses, as this can sometimes delay tracking your case
 

As long as you contacted them within the 120-day window and were confirmed eligible, you should still be entitled to your voucher, they will just need to locate and process your case.

Hello, the previous posted was offered support in resolving this, why not me?

I have been trying for months to contact gift loud and have had no responses besides the automated ones. I don't think they're ever going to reply. I have tried a different email address too (no order details included so no that wasn't a reason for extra delays) in case there was a problem with one, but still nothing.

Exactly the same situation here. Surely someone at ID Mobile can help here as this is an offer linked to them and they are their partner in this. Ultimately this reflects on ID and their choice of partner.

 

I used Giftcloud for a Vodafone gift card recently for boardband and it arrived within a few weeks.
