Has anyone actually received their Amazon reward?

Been attempting to chase GiftCloud to no avail for my £38 voucher I should have received after signing up via MSE.

Generic email reply but no follow up. Have also tried via the Resolver website. 

Has anyone had any success?

Could you please advise what Giftcloud is stating in the emails you are receiving from them?

The emails from GiftCloud are just generic auto replies.
