Having difficulty claiming the voucher for Refer a Friend

Hi 👋 

I would be grateful for some help. 
I have gone through all the right steps on the Refer a Friend scheme (the one where we both receive £30 curry’s voucher) but I am having trouble:

a - finding the account number that I have to submit to claim the reward 

b - when I try to click the link in the email iD sent, it just takes me back to the original Refer a Friend sign up page and I’m just going round in circles.

Please could a member of the iD team message me with how to sort this out. 
Also, I’ve been trying to sort this for many days but the iD website and app have been ‘unavailable due to technical issues’ - I hope I’m not out of time as that would feel unfair!

I’d recommend checking your emails from iD Mobile to see your account number.

 

Are you opening the link on the same device you used to purchase initially?
