Having upgraded my Sim only to £9 i am still waiting for activation

I’m sorry to hear you’re still waiting for your SIM-only upgrade to reflect ,I completely understand how frustrating that can be.
When you upgrade your plan, the new allowance usually takes effect from your next billing cycle, not immediately. This means your current plan will remain active until your next bill date, and then the upgraded plan will kick in. If you upgraded very close to your bill date, it may take a little time for the system to update.
