help! i ordered the wrong phone

Can anyone help.  After much nagging from my daughter i went ahead and ordered her a new phone. 

However, I've accidentally ordered the wrong model. 

I can't get hold of anyone and I've had an email from DPD saying they're expecting delivery.

I really need to try and stop the order and get the right phone

We're sorry to hear that you've accidentally ordered the wrong phone.

 

If you've already received a notification from DPD, it's likely that the order has progressed too far to be stopped before delivery.

 

Once you receive the device, please contact our Live Chat team to arrange a return. They will be able to explain the returns process and, once the device has been returned and accepted, you'll be able to place an order for the correct model.
