Please can someone from ID mobile contact me urgently. I am travelling in Thailand and my phone has been blocked due to the capping limit, so I cannot make any calls without adding money to my account which isn’t possible as the live chat isn’t accessible for some reason and there is nowhere to do this on my account. Help please!!

Or do you mean you can’t find where to up this limit?
Via the app → Bills → scroll down to Manage bill cap → set it higher there and click save.

I can see you’ve mentioned your account, but have you tried using your online account and not the iD mobile app?
If not you could try here - http://my.idmobile.co.uk/ obviously you’d need to latch onto a Wi-Fi network if you’ve used up your billing cap.

Thanks Daz. I’ve worked out how to up my limit but my phone is still blocked for some reason. Any ideas how to remove the block? Thanks for your help!

It may take a while for the updated limit to go through. Have you simply tried powering the phone off and back on?
(yes I know that sounds silly, but when the SIM ‘talks’ to iD it might give it a kick up the botty!)

You’ll want to raise your bill cap to allow for more charges, however there is a limit and while roaming in Thailand, you may hit that quite quickly.
