HELP ! NEED TECH SUPPORT RE UNSUCCESSFUL PORT

Need advice from tech support as live chat has not helped. Port from id went to an already cancelled ee sim. Ive checked with Ee tech who confirm its not on their list as was sent to a cancelled sim.  I have referred back to id who have been unhelpful on live chat.

I basically just want id tech supporr to confirm which provider has my phone number and reissue pac so can allocate to correct sim.
