help needed calls and text greyed out after esim use

Just back from Dubai & used esim. Since returning, my mobile plan is working but calls and texts are greyed out in sim manager and my phone is not accepting calls or texts. I'm not good with tech. Any help?

    Can you please try a manual network reset via the handset settings?

     

    Once completed, please try to make a call and let us know how you get on.
