I recently switched from Three to iD Mobile and took out a plan with the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, which was advertised with the Samsung Watch promotion. The switching process and receiving my phone went smoothly, but I have not received any official invoice or confirmation email that clearly states the phone model, device cost, contract details, or invoice number.
I have tried multiple times to claim the Samsung Watch by submitting all requested information (forms, photos of emails, phone box, IMEI numbers, purchase reference, phone numbers, etc.), but Samsung has rejected my claim each time. Their team has confirmed that they will only accept an official invoice or official confirmation email from iD Mobile that includes the necessary purchase details.
I have contacted iD Mobile several times via live chat to request this document, but unfortunately, each chat has been abandoned by advisors before I could even explain the situation. After repeated unsuccessful attempts, I am now reaching out here in the Community in the hope that someone from the iD Mobile team can kindly provide me with the official invoice or confirmation email I need.
The claim window with Samsung closes on 1st November, so I would be very grateful if this could be resolved as soon as possible so that I don’t miss out on the promotional offer.
