I am coming or have come to the of my contract, logged in and couldn’t find end date although upgrades were offered. I want to change to sim only, phoned the number mentioned in previous comments only to find a loop! I then logged in on my PC, found sim only product which I purchased, ESIM came along on my mobile so I used the QRcode which gave me another phone number? What I want is to keep my existing number with ID and be sure that the monthly DD of the previous contract is stopped so my help would be great fully accepted.
