Help with switch from Vodafone to id

I gave my PAC to id mobile and the switch is meant to happen today but I've received text messages from Vodafone on my new id mobile SIM saying it looks like I'vechanged my SIM and thanking me for this, that and the other. My id mobile account on the app shows my 'new' id mobile number that should be changed to my old one using the PAC.

Can anyone advise what has gone wrong?
