How do I downgrade to a sim only plan as my phone is now paid for?

Hi @Cactusworks,

If your phone has been paid off and you'd like to move to a SIM-only plan, you can either contact our Sales Team or follow these steps in the iD Mobile app:

From the dashboard, scroll down and tap View all upgrade deals.
On the next page, select SIM only deals.
Scroll down and tap Choose this plan next to the SIM-only plan you'd like.
Tap Continue and follow the steps to complete the order. A card verification will be required.
Once you've completed the verification, tap Place order.
You'll receive an order reference number confirming the change.
