Hotspot no data

​@DamianBurrin  Welcome to IDMobile have you got your mobile data turned on and does it show 4G or 5G in the notification bar? If yes and you've turned on your hotspot and followed the instructions you should be able to share the hotspot. Here's the thing some devices you have to use the 2.4Ghz radio band and not 5Ghz as some devices can not detect the higher 5Ghz band.

So make sure your hotspot is set to 2.4 Ghz and then search for this network on the device you want to connect to. If or when you connect there after you can see if it connect to thr 5Ghz band.

Thanks yes, all that was set.

Restarted my mobile and it seems to have resolved it and all working now :-)
