If you're calling Turkey from the UK, this isn't classed as roaming, so having roaming enabled won't affect your ability to make the call.

You'll need to dial the number in the correct international format by replacing the leading 0 with +90. For example, 01234 567890 would become 00901234567890 or +90 1234 567890.

Please be aware that calls from the UK to Turkish numbers aren't included in your standard allowance and will be charged at our international rates. You'll also need to make sure your bill cap is set high enough to allow the call to go through.

To view or change your bill cap, log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account, go to Bills, and select Manage bill cap. You can increase it to an amount between £0 and £75, depending on your account.
