How can I keep old number without PAC code?

Hi, I bought an ID mobile plan and then had to go abroad for a few weeks so I couldn’t port my number. I can’t get a PAC code now but would like to keep my old number. Is there any way I can do this?

    ​@mimgrace  Unless you old provider has closed your account and your number is dead I'm af3 you've lost that number.. If your number is still active just call your old provider and as for a PAC code they a valid for 30 days from the time of issue.

    There after you can port your number onto IDMobile once you have a PAC code.

    Hi ​@mimgrace 

     

    The only way to keep your mobile number from your previous network provider is by requesting a PAC code from them. If you’d like to keep the number you currently have with iD Mobile, you’ll need to upgrade on the same plan the number is registered to.
