How can I make a call to Ireland?

I need to call the Irish passport office but can’t because I need to add money to my account?? This is the number I need to call: 00 353 1568 3338

 The number 00 353 1 568 3338 is an international call to Ireland, so your standard UK allowances would not normally cover this and you’d need available spend outside your included allowance. International calls from the UK are charged separately. Calls to Irish landlines are currently charged at £0.07 per minute on Pay Monthly as per our website (https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-support/international-and-roaming-charges).

 

To make the call, you’ll likely need to increase your bill cap:

 

Open the iD Mobile app or sign in online
Go to My Services
Select Bill Cap
Increase the amount to allow international usage
Save the changes and then try the call again

 

Once updated, give it a few minutes and try calling again.
