There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the portal to show when my contract is up for renewal, how do I find this out

You can typically upgrade your iD Mobile phone 60 days before the end of your current contract. If you are on a 24-month Pay Monthly Phone plan, this upgrade window usually opens two calendar months before the contract ends.
If you want to upgrade then the iD Mobile sales team can be contacted by phone at 020 7139 1397, with advisers available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
