How can I tell when contract is to be renewed

There doesn't seem to be anywhere on the portal to show when my contract is up for renewal, how do I find this out

You can typically upgrade your iD Mobile phone 60 days before the end of your current contract. If you are on a 24-month Pay Monthly Phone plan, this upgrade window usually opens two calendar months before the contract ends.

 

If you want to upgrade then the iD Mobile sales team can be contacted by phone at 020 7139 1397, with advisers available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Log in to the iD Mobile app and click on Plan then Contract Details.

I completely understand how that can be frustrating. You won’t always see your contract end date directly in the portal. The easiest way to check is:

 

  1. Check your welcome emails or contract documents of when you first signed up, the contract end date is usually listed there.
  1. Check your billing statements sometimes the first or last page shows your plan start date, and you can calculate your contract end from that. Understanding My Bill | Help & Advice | iD Mobile Network

 

You can also check on the iD Mobile app as shown with the screenshot by ​@WelshPaul, there isn’t a dedicated “Contract End Date” section, but you can check it like this:

  1. Open the iD Mobile app and log in. Login
  1. Go to My Account or Plan Details.
  1. Look for your Plan Start Date this is usually listed under your current plan.
  1. Your contract end date is typically 12, 24, or 36 months from that start date, depending on your plan length.

Thankyou so much !

I have found my original order email and can see I have a 24 month contract which started on 16th December 2023, so one more question will ID update the app before the end of the contract so I can upgrade?
