How can we make the switch to ID mobile sooner than the scheduled "switch" date?

I received my new ID Mobile sim card and have provided the PAC number and chosen the first date available to make the switch to the network.  I need to complete the switch tomorrow (21st August) not 22nd August so is it possible to speak to ID mobile direct and arrange the switch tomorrow? I thought the switch would happen when I inserted the sim but that was not the case. Thank you

Hey there ​@ellouise123, as we’re only just seeing this now, we hope all is sorted. We wouldn’t have been able to bring the switch forward at the time you contacted us anyway, as we’d have needed 48-hours notice.

I used the live chat and got the same answer from a very helpful colleague the day after I posted here. 

We thought we could do a same day switch but understand it's 36-48 hours.
