How do I Activate my account after a month now

I have had my sim and transfered my number for over a month now. I received a email saying I can look at the statement but whan I log in, I get to the part that tells me I am logged in I just need to add my number but then I get a message informing me that isn't right and this is after a month of trying. Any ideas?
