How do I add on extra data when in France?

    Hi ​@Jenny Robinson ,

     

    Thank you for the message, you can buy an add-on via the below steps:

     

    Open the iD Mobile app on your phone (or go to my.idmobile.co.uk and log in with your account details).
    On the home/dashboard screen, look for “View add‑ons” (sometimes shown as UK & Roam Beyond add‑ons).
    Tap that option — you’ll see a list of available add‑ons (like extra data amounts for 7 days, 30 days, etc.).
    Pick the data add‑on you want.
    Tap Confirm to buy it. The cost will be added to your next monthly bill.
