My daughter has a plan that I pay for. In addition I’d like to get a plan for myself and my other daughter. How do I do that from the app as I can only see an option to upgrade? And if not from the app, how?

If you're looking to take out new plans for yourself and your other daughter, you'll need to place new orders rather than upgrade your existing account.
You can do this by visiting our website and selecting the plans or handsets you'd like: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/

- For SIM only plans, you can click here - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/sim-only-deals
The iD Mobile app only allows you to manage and upgrade existing plans, so new plans can't be purchased through the app.
