To change your address through the app, go to ‘View your plans’ then select the pencil icon next to the plan you want to update. Finally, click the pencil in the Billing Address field.

    Hi @Alister ,

I understand that changing your address is important, and I’m sorry for the frustration caused by not being able to do it easily via the app. To update your address, please try the following steps:

iD Mobile app: Open the app, go to Account Settings > Personal Details > Address, and check if there is an “Edit” or “Update” option.

Online account: Log in at the iD Mobile website and navigate to My Account > Personal Details. Look for an option to update your address.

If the above isn’t available: Some accounts may require verification before updating the address. In this case, please contact iD Mobile support via Live Chat or call to have your address updated securely.

If you unable to access, let us know and we will contact you.

Thanks for the reply. There is no option for" Personal details" in the accounts section. It's sorted now tho I was not seeing the little pencil in the view your accounts menu.
