how do i change my number from id to id? i tried pac, it doesn't work.

Hi.

How do I move my number from id to id. I didn't update, because I got a cheaper contract with you trough someone else. Which is strange. Been with you over 2 years and you cant offer me cheaper update than a 3rd party but what ever. I tried pac, it didn't work I added my new contract to this account.

Ps. Why do I need to create a new account for id community? I have account and I have and app, and i still have to create another account to get in touch with you.

You can’t port or transfer a mobile number between two iD Mobile accounts. Instead, you’ll need to port out to another network and then port it back.

Hi @Sandris2k11,

As mentioned by @WelshPaul, iD Mobile do not support internal number transfers, our system doesn’t allow us to transfer numbers internally between iD Mobile accounts. However, you can transfer your number to or from another network. The only way to keep your existing number with us is by upgrading your current contract, this will move you onto a new plan while keeping your number the same.

We usually recommend returning the new plan and upgrading on the current to ensure that there are no issues in the future.
