How do I get a detailed report of how many times I have called an 0800 number, this is to help resolve a legal dispute?

    To get a detailed report of your calls to 0800 numbers, you can make a Subject Access Request through our privacy portal.

     

    Please follow these steps:

    Clearly state that you are making a “Subject Access Request”.

    Include:

    Your account number

    Your phone number

    A description of the specific data you need (e.g., calls to 0800 numbers).

     

    Once submitted, your request will be processed within 30 days of receiving your information and identification.

     

    This will allow you to obtain the call information needed for your legal dispute.
