how do i get my new esim across when you only get one chnace

it says on my new phone the esim could not be added?

I am so sorry that your new eSim cannot be added. Please confirm the following:

 

Are you transferring your eSim from your old phone to new phone?

Are you trying to activate your iD Mobile eSim into your phone?

Please confirm when did you received the eSim 

 

In the meantime, please try the following steps:

• Ensure your iPhone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
• Check that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS.
• Go to Settings > General > About and ensure an EID number is displayed.
• Restart your iPhone and try adding the eSIM again.
