How do I get an NUC code for my I phone. My phone says it’s locked to id mobile.

Why do you need a NUC code?

If you purchased your phone from iD Mobile 2018 ONWARDS then it should be unlocked and you will be able to use any SIM from an alternative network.
The UK telecommunications regulator Ofcom officially banned all UK mobile network providers from selling network-locked phones from December 2021 but iD Mobile stopped locking the phones they sold from 2018.

If you need to contact iD Mobile to discuss this then you can call customer services on 7777 from your iD Mobile handset (or 0333 003 7777 from another phone).

When you contact the Live Chat :-

Type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box and this will bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
